    Thanks guys, very motivational! Sadly no it only has the equipment i listed, nothing more. Im told it had a few other things but as people injured themselves it disappeared. Would the leg exercises from the dumbbell workout be sufficient or am i wasting time? Regarding the dumbbell work out...
