    Decrease in Bp and how to self spot?

    I have a cage, my chest is just at that point that it is higher than the spot bar, so put it up again..sadly this decreases my R.O.M. doing the strength basic exercise here from Markos. 3 times a week.

    My bench press has decrease by 17.5 kg, which is pretty shit. All of my other exercises has its weight increased. Except for bench press, I was benching 77.5 kg for 8 reps and 3 sets, now I am having a hard time doing 70 kg and its tiring even to do 60 kg. I have increased my calories by 500...

    Is it normal to feel compression at the spine whilst doing military press? Cause When I do mine I tend to have a curve on my back, basically having my spine supporting my form.

    Mmm...I tried low bar and personally liked it cause I felt less tension on my back and could squat more but i'll just see how it goes. Btw no probs...I haven't been posting much and been reading and got some great tips. Been too bz with exams.

    I've just noticed that i've been doing high bar squats since I started legs and I've only been doing only 80kg of 8-10 reps but when I tried low bar squats I figured I could do 110kg at 8-10 reps aswell. Should I stick to my high bar? or should I do low bar to keep pushing the heavier weights?

    I'll be getting more plates another time, its just that my parents are controlling my spending and has set my budget. I'll get to a maximum of 145 kg lifting weight first, by then i'll be able to spend more on plates. Was just asking if the pricing of the package, if it was a good deal.

Im confused...are those pro-bodybuilders considered as abusers? cause they started when a young age (apparently it harms when young) and cause they are able...

    Fair enough abt that, I guess its hard to understand that it is safe as long as it is not abused. just seems like everyone who takes it winds up having a heart attack somewhere in their life, probs cause they stop training and get unhealthy.

    doesn't this mean a low carb, moderate fats but high protein would be good? for fat loss? cause low carbs and modertate fats would be easily burnt and there will be a fat deficit and high protein does not affect the oxidiation of both carbs and fats? O-O
