    how does water retention affect shin soreness? and how does the juice help? I've had a history of this problem before, so quite curious to know. I always just thought it was coz my shins were weak.

    haha alright, I'll see if I can get one started after I get back from my holidays. No point putting up a 1-2week log and then cutting it off for 2-3weeks and then restarting.. I might aswell just wait - I'll still lift in the meantime though :) And if anything, I'll be catching up to you man!

    according to one of my friends, apparrently at nando's they actually boil the chicken first, before they grill it with the sauce/marinade. Not entirely sure whether they do this just to cook the chicken faster, but it does help in keeping the chicken nice and juicy inside rather than getting...
