    Help Wanted: Home Equipment

There will be only so far you can progress using DB for bench at home... I.e. can you pick up two 50kg db and start DB pressing, in your cramped room? Follow what the Hulk said - find a better training alternative. If you can't gym it, and can't properly use your room - ghetto style it! lol

To bounce the deadlift or not to, that is the question.

Very true. Don't pause between bench reps either brah - you'll smash heaps more

    Help Wanted: Home Equipment

Callan just bought some of these. Great value for money, and it collapses very well. To the OP - your original list looks like a set up for a bro-curler. All arm work. What are your goals? I'd strongly recommend you have a good look through the training logs here and go from there.

    Thank You AUSBB Members

Most forums ban the mention of other forums with the same genre. I doubt McDonalds would allow you to eat KFC in their store. Gee whiz, I can't understand why not?

    Stretch Shortening Cycle

Indeed, Minh introduced me to SSS. And I have discussed the concept at length with a few of the top lifters at MU. And now, I am brining it to the table here. If you don't want to contribute Gawain, then don't! Remember this - it's a forum!

    Stretch Shortening Cycle

The stretch shortening cycle can be applied to virtually all movements - from picking up a barbell, pressing it, squatting it, or even to throwing a tennis ball. Do you utilise the power of the stretch shortening cycle in your lifts? I only recently learned what it is, and found that, by...
