    anyone had real wrist pain??

    stuffed my wrists back in the day skateboarding too,I use a futuro wrist wrap around the wrist and then put gym gloves on also,works good but is only usefull for benchpress since it restricts the wrists free movement and is uncomfortable for doin curls and stuff.
