    I wish I could push harder but I can't

    watch lots of videos. that's how i learnt :) I also went down to the shire once, learnt some little tips along the way too, but you can learn the bulk of it yourself imho. squats are more troubling for me than powercleans at the moment :(

    So if i LIFT 40kg...then i'd only be able to get 2 reps in (let's just say 2 reps). right? so that'll make me stronger? what if im stuck at 40kg for 2 reps for ages...again? up the weight so i can only do singles? :S

    Done. Very easy :) EDIT: Not ridiculously easy. Loaded up with 45kg after, but couldn't get it up. I was surprised at how 42.5kg flew up though. I really thought I would get 45kg after that....
