    How to jump higher?

    I have started to play sport again and feel im not able to jump as high as i used to. i play mixed indoor beach volleyball and aussie rules football occasionally. i feel i cant jump as high due to my increased weight and inactivity. anyone got any good tips to increase my vertical jump? cheers

    callouses

    have had these ever since i started training, but never this bad/annoying. lately the callouses have been blister like, by popping/tearing off and exposing raw skin underneath (no blood). it is painful to touch and i seem to get them when i do heavier stuff i.e. deadlifts will gloves/chalk...
