    That is a fairly broad statement that applies to pretty much all situations, and I agree. My main point is things can get nasty. It is not helpful if any relationship ends badly but it is especially worrying if a relationship with someone in the workplace ends badly.

    $7 a kilo where i am so no problems there, i find the mince is best, i take extra precautions and cut/shred the mince up again with a chefs knife, still to hard to work with for my liking if you don't. anything with a strong enough/rich enough flavour to overpower the kangaroo meat will do!

    + 2 I try to go at times that those sort of people aren't there. For eg monday when everyone feels bad about what they've done on the weekend is a good one to avoid or at least avoid legs for that day.

    Are you sure it was your calves and not your bones? As i'd imagine all that jumping and pivoting would put quite a lot of stress on the bones in that area?
