    No matter what you do, the first time your gonna start lifting your more than likely to get sore anyway. As long as your not over training.

    If your in richmond wht dont you take the tram or train to the city and check out Dohertys Gym on Bannana Alley (Flinders street). Much better than muscle and bodyshape.

    i use this natural cream called "alleviate".........it doesnt heal any sort of injuries but it does enough to get you thru a workout.
