    Agree with previous sentiment. Alternate grip + chalk is key. One set with alt grip, then switch the grip for the next set and so on.

    I have a nano 16GB and it's pretty sweet for the gym... Phone was too bulky in my pocket so for me it was a good move. Paying the apple premium, but it plays nice with my MacBook so I'm at peace with that. Need to track down a cover for it, which isn't simple as they aren't common. Only watch...

    Tested maxes on my Bench and Deadlift before holiday season takes over. Hit 110kg for a relatively easy single on Bench, no lift out, which I was pretty stoked with. And then on Boxing Day with Christmas Day's cals in the tank, managed to rip another goal with a 5 wheeler 220kg Deadlift. Great...

    I'm battling the same kind of injury pushing my 5RM on low back squats. When form starts breaking down I have a tendency to push my elbows down under the bar which really jacks the elbow joint and the myriad of tendons / muscles that connect at the joint.     What to look for in cereal?

    Carman's Honey Roasted Nut Crunchy Clusters are surprisingly low in sugar (still 13g per 100g) and due to nut content have a good protein ratio too. Great to top a bowl of low fat Greek yogurt with.
