    Sternum discomfort

    I'm going to be travelling for next couple of weeks and only have access most likely to hotel gym type set ups. They should have sufficient free weights for what i'm doing, and i can supplement bench and MP with dumbell press, shoulder press etc, but unlikely to have a barbell for squats...
