    In your case, since you're new to the game. I suggest you follow a very specific diet, something like CKD or evolutionary diet, you can use Lyle McDonalds 2.0 too if you want. This would allow you to follow a very simple dietary plan without having to worry about your daily intake.

    How much P/C/F are you ppl eating?

    Personally I low carb, under 50 carbs/day along with 60% healthy fat and 40% protein, very CKD like :)
