if you buy a hand winch you'll never want to use it. there farking hard work. no one has mentioned needing the basics first number 1 is a smart brain then first aid kit recovery gear an air compressor tyre repair kit basic tool kit and a few spares as a minimum when heading off the beaten track... -

and headley don't worry about all the mods at once just get out there a stock 4x4 will get you to most places. learn to 4wd properly and pick lines and you'll be surprised where you can get it -

military press push press shoulder press.
what ever you call this one. basically I really suck at it and am looking for advice on getting it better. any tips or videos I should watch on it? i'm lucky to be able to get a few reps at half body weight and when doing them I can feel it all threw my back. are there any assistance exercises...- bert.

the spit was fantastic not sure why but animals seem to taste much better after rolling around above a fire I'm aiming to do all of the "navrun's" next year seen there all sold out this year so in the mean time just lots of social wheeling and more work to the pootrol next on the list is to...- bert.

Prefered Internal Power Rack Dimensions?
also depending on your height restrictions where you plan on putting it i'd go as high as you can so you can OHP inside the rack and also hang rings and use them with some extra space- bert.
