    the what u saw at the gym TODAY thread

    Saw this chick today, about 6'1 no more than 50kgs...banging body, squat 100kgs for reps then proceed to 120kg dead lifts. She was smoking hot...so I spoke to her..not coz she was pretty but I was super impressed. Ended up being an Olympic rower at London for Australia.

    2 important things you havent mentioned are how long are ur arms? What's your flexibility like? Especially in your hamstrings. Ppl with longer arms are almost certainly better deadlifters than bench pressers due to the range of motion. Also if u have poor flexibility, can't touch ur toes etc...
