    I just started working out again and found the jefit app really helpful as has over a thousand exercises in it with pic an description of how to do them and what muscles they work. As I can't afford a trainer it's good to know at least I'm using correct form

    Just wondering after I have a real hard day at work(I'm a Concreter ) I come home some days an are cactus from being in the sun all day an working hard. My question is do I push myself an work out these days or not. Like when I'm that knackerd will I do more harm than good working out...

    It's amazing how good it feels today I think the stretching and the ext- int rotations have done wonders.i did shoulder work out yesterday Yeah I just have to be careful when I'm lifting and I can avoid the pain. Doing those rotations is the go though

    I have access to cables. How many times per week do you recommend I do these exercises as is on a light weight should I do these every time I go to the gym while I can't work out my shoulders. I go to gym about 3 times a week
