the what u saw at the gym TODAY thread

He had his feet hooked in and sitting upright on the pad with the bar beside him (standing upright on the floor). He would then twist to the side and grab the bar and then twist back so it sat in his lap. He then proceed to lay back and start pressing away.

Mate, simple pan fry of chicken livers without cooking the hell out of them works fine. Little bit of butter and olive oil to start with, finish up with some finely diced garlic and herbs if you wish. Drain on paper towel and your good to go. Very rich however.

It will be an interesting match up this weekend between Tevita Kuridrani and Wales' George North who is coming off the wing to outside centre. 1.96cm (102kg) v 1.94cm (109kg).

McMahon was impressive but as one of the commentators said it would be great if he was 3-4 inches taller and 5kg heavier. But nonetheless an emerging star. Genia / Cooper never clicked although it is hard to tell as they seemed to be playing a generally loose game, perhaps because they were...

Real catch-22 if players are leaving for financial reasons - ARU are lineball bankrupt and when Wallaby's play uninspiring rugby and/or getting smashed regularly, like all sports you start to lose your fan base coming through the turn styles and parting with their hard earned. Can't match...

Europe Tour coming up so maybe more pain to endure, can you imagine the licking of lips being done after seeing what the Argentinian scrum did to the Wallaby's. And whilst we're at it, put Skelton on sooner !

I guess with Izzy and defence I was more talking about his positional play in terms of receiving tactical kicks, can't comment on his tackling as I can't actually recall this happening (which may say something). Terrible I think is a little too far, but everyone is entitled to an opinion...

Folau is safe as houses at fullback in defence but he is such a natural attacking player they certainly need to find a way of getting him into the game more. Perhaps drag Adam Ashley-Cooper off the wing every now and then to cover fullback with Folau sitting off Kurindrani's hip for an offload...

I'm still trying to work out if the Folau sin-bin was (rightfully) retracted by the ref, why did Argentina still get the penalty ?

There was a thing on T-nation a few weeks back where it was a abdominal exercise, kind of crunching whilst seated with arms holding onto the lat pulldown bar. This could be it. Saw a guy at my gym do it not long after the article was posted but never saw him repeat it anytime later.

Jihadist Khaled Sharroufs son holds severed head

Sure, but popularist ideology is extensively used by politicians all over the world today including Australia (Rudd was a master). Take a disenchanted people, tell them what they want to hear, show them the way and/or give them the tools to achieve. Throw a bit of violence in there to keep any...

Don't think so. If you change Wermacht to possibly Nazi Party or more likely the then SA and take a decade or so off 1942-45 to circa late 1920's, you might be a bit closer. Interesting though, with the rise of Nazism (it did not happen overnight) history has condemned many for not standing up...
