    Vaccination?? I know you can vaccinate against the flu but i'm pretty sure that won't stop you from getting a cold. Sleep is very good, at minimum 8 hours everynight most nights around 9 hours. Didn't see you at the gym last week when you were sick :cool:

    However in the context that 7kg's was being refered and the context of your performance standards it is not a 7kg 1RM but atleast a partial set if not complete set with 7kgs. Even novices know that 1 rep with 7kgs isn't enough to gain muscle.
