    TB500 could help, its specifically for injury - My Wife is about the run it to assist in healing her injured shoulder. Nothing worse than trying to train with shoulder pain. It pays to really warm those rotators up before benching etc. Good luck!

I absolutely agree, they have done wonders for me over the years - I stay on indefinitely too, going on for 12 weeks then off for 12 weeks back and forth IMO completely fucks you mentally! You keep thinking you are only going to grow when you are "on" then loose it all when "off"...
