    Buying a quality barbell

The deep fine knurling is the perfect mix between grip and comfort IMO, hands get a little torn up doing high rep deads, but other than that it is great.

Value for money 25kg plates Perth?

As the title suggests, i'm after people's opinions on the best value for money 25kg plates in Perth, I'm not too concerned over rubber coated or hammer tone, as long as they are 450mm or less and Olympic sized opening. Just looking to add some extra weight to my home gym and don't need more...

Should I get the following? (LC2 Power Rack package)

+1 for this rack, also with turning the dip attachment inside the rack makes it a little more steady with it being a light rack.

What Barbell is best for me?

Some one can correct me if I'm wrong but as far as I know it is to do with the placement of the marking rings, with a power bar having them 81cm apart, and i think the oly bars are slightly further, and also to do with the whip, with a power bar being a bit stiffer.
