    Benching

    Do you think it's a good idea to train at bench slightly narrower than you otherwise would, and then widen your grip a few cm when in competition?

    What is the reasoning behind this? If anything, I can't lose weight at all if I have more then 60-80g of carbs a day, regardless how low my fats/proteins go.

    Hi guys. New here. Currently uni student age 18 at around 85kg, hoping to get rid of some injuries and build muscle + strength (I'd like to get back into competing in powerlifting). Been lurking for a while, and you all seem like a friendly, helpful bunch :)

    This sounds very similar to what I have. My physio prescribed me a bunch of stretches, and I'm currently doing light front squats to build up my glutes again, but I still feel the pain when I lean forwards (to deadlift position for example). If you could give me some more information on the...

    Melbourne sports clinic in CBD is really good, almost all the physios there are lifters and experienced with lifting injuries.
