    Test Booster Res100

Same lab. The cFreeTesto was 362.64 originally and 426.37 pmol/L later (260-*740 range). Also included lab values for Albumin, Cortisol, FSH, LH, Prolactin, Oestradiol, Testo etc and a bunch of others.

    Test Booster Res100

Just to be fair, DAA was constant on both tests. Out of interest, what would you consider low, average and high levels?

Worst protein you have had - hands down?

BN Choc Mint.. (*Ducks for cover*) Apparently the recipe has changed for the better.

    Dexa scan - Recommended calories

I was asking exactly the same a while back, and researched how it calculates it etc. In the end, I used the DEXA value and added a touch more (I also adjusted it up further for workout days). Once you get going though, you just use trial and error to adjust it to the right level, depending on...

    Good chiro in Melbourne

I recall a graph comparing my back against reference data. I had a steeper graph, so it started from lower on the left side. Not sure if this related to positions or perhaps lower back on the left, upper back on the right etc. Their machines look to be super-isolated, the back test one...

    Good chiro in Melbourne

I think so, they strapped me into a machine giving a digital read out while I had to push back into the chair as hard as I could. OP, you may as well go there once if you think their methods are of benefit - the first session is free. They don't make that too public, so just remind them of...

    Good chiro in Melbourne

I went to Kieser once when I had some soreness from squats. They use isolation machines for rehab/prehab, so I don't know how much they can help with regards to compound lifts. I've found Mark Fabbi on Little Collins to be pretty good. Trains himself, and works with a lot of lifters. Is a...

    Combo program advice needed

Thanks for your input Nazzy! In terms of areas needing extra attention: Upper back, and ankle/foot stabilisers absolutely need work. Abs and glutes need some work as they are "lazy" muscles for me. Possibly hammies. Strengths? By far chest and anteroir delts. In summary: Chest >>> upper...

    Combo program advice needed

Might write something up and see what you think. May drop by your thread and see what you're doing - you balance sport pretty well with developing your lifts!

    Combo program advice needed

Back into things... Ok so had some time away from the gym for various reasons, and back into it now and seeking advice once more :) For now I am only able to do two gym sessions a week with any certainty. Monday - Bball game Tuesday - Gym Thursday - Gym Saturday - Bball practice Will do...

No good that you're stressed. I think stress either makes you avoid food OR do the complete opposite. I reckon I can easily double my maintenance cals in a time of serious stress !

Southbank / South Melbourne gym recommendations

Also trialed Genesis from this list. Facility seemed a little old, and frankly over-priced. I think they're a good option for the workers in the area needing to get sessions in before work/over lunch etc.

Southbank / South Melbourne gym recommendations

Time for another update as on the search again. Trialed Transcend Health and Fitness in South Melbourne. A deliberately quiet gym, good gear. I don't think they advertise, being more or less a facility for their trainers to use and bring through their clients. Opening hours only concern for...

    CCM Quest 2013

Hey I know this feeling. Training solo without a 'gym home' at present, I get that. And when I did keto earlier this year, at every function being the only sober guy, or the one making a fuss with the waiter at a restaurant to try and find one suitable meal option, or having a coffee meetings...

    Botulism contamination of Fonterra products

From an ABC article: "The Department of Agriculture says it believes only one Australian company imported the affected protein, and its products have been cleared."

    Tested - Bulk Nutrients WPC

Seeing as you have the complete opposite scenario, maybe the flavouring additives vary batch to batch. I imagine some of these sweeteners/flavourings are pretty strong, so a bit touchy and even the slightest amount extra might have a big impact. Kind of like too much straight stevia.

I've actually stopped having protein so much as a result! Only making the pain longer lol. Only ever had it with water, so it ain't getting any better. Do you get that "detergent" like oil sheen on top? I suspect that it is some sort of oil or essence used for the mint flavouring that is the...

That's the word, 'chemically' or artificial and very fake sweet. Haven't tried the C&C... still got 10kg+ to get through :/

    Half year goals?

Failed first half to year. First quarter decent, dropped perhaps 5kg to lean up a touch... then *stuff* happened, very sparse training and poor control over diet for about 3 months. Back into it now.
