    argh how i miss to run... I use to run a lot. When i was still at school i would win most running events, when i was at state i'd do decently, i loved to run. But these days with a bad knee and ITBS i've nearly given up. Running is in my blood as my father was a great long distance runner...

    sorry to hear of ur injury. The higher reps should still see u getting gains. But if it was me i'd be doing at least 3 sets not 2.

    wasn't today but a while back i saw a guy under 70kgs i reckon decline bench press 110+ for atleast 8 reps. for 3 sets. He was impressive considering it was a uni gym. Although it was a smith machine :P

    calves for sure. they just seem to take more work to grow. Or grow slower then other parts.

    i figured a day because they are medical professionals. I have waited 2 because i'm not willing to hurt myself lifting heavy. Because whats 2 days of rest compared to 1-4 weeks if you injure urself badly because ur to stupid to rest a day or 2. will workout tonight. see how it effects my lifts.

    That program looks pretty intense. Only Saturdays off. Will be harder to keep focused and have the energy and recovery time might be an issue depending on the individual. but hey if u have already done over 1yr of training, a lot of free time and are young and healthy it might be right for...
