This calculator will estimate your approximate 1 REP MAX s. The calculator works this out by taking the amount of weight you can bench for a certain number of reps and uses a formula to calculate your approximate 1 REP MAX Bench Press Max Chart
This is the old school method of calculating your 1 REP MAX. This 1 REP MAXbench press max is simple to use, just select the weight from the side column and the number of reps from the top. Where the two connect is your approximate 1 REP MAX bench press
