New Ausbb Members: Here's How to Get Started
BodyBuilding Community. Ausbb - Australian BodyBuilding is a community
driven message board which seeks to provide a supportive, educational
and friendly environment for everyone who are seeking information on
bodybuilding, strength, health and fitness, cycling and general athleticism.

Step 1: Introduce Yourself
Introduce yourself to the forum , tell us a bit about yourself. Everybody
always to know who the new face is

get. And don't worry if you're fat/skinny/weak, there are plenty of
guys here who have been where you are. Nobody is judgmental here.
Step 2: Start Your Own Training Log
You can keep a training log for free on this forum. Keep Track of your progression,
put up pics of before and now ,your diet , weight or anything else you want to
keep track of
