...especially if you carry excess of it like bodybuilders do, then yes for sure it's a time consuming exercise to maintain what you've built (again I emphasise, beyond what your body needs).Maintaining LBM is the difficulty
I want to add as much strength and muscle mass as possible and increase my lifts
while minimizing fat gains. i also find it hard to gain weight, maybe i just need to up the calories
