What is your favorite healthy food that has replaced your love for a not so healthy f

Raw oats and yoghurt instead of cooked oats with maple syrup. Also tuna with rice instead of a tuna wrap with cheese and sauce. I wouldn't call them favourites, but little things that make a difference.

Technically it comes from an aquifer and is pumped to the surface, the nutrients it gathers on the way is what makes it salty but it's those nutrients that make it healthy like Hymalayan

De fuk an aquifer?
I thought u were just taking the piss, you know way too much about salt, maybe need a hobby.

Used to be a chef, so little things like that get me curious.

An aquifer is an underground water source. Usually the water is contained in a rock but can be a cavity which will be like an underground river.

I used to use Maldon sea salt which comes from England well before all these pink salts became popular but now use the Murray River stuff, more because it's aussie made than anything else
