Tonight ate yakitori - basically grilled stuff on a stick.
Yakitori literally means grilled chicken but can also be any meat,veg or even rice.


Pretty bloody good.You can go low fat or not.

I had meat/veg for dinner at 8pm, then a Thai Green Curry for a before bed snack at 11pm, and it's now 2.37am and I'm STARVING again, I might just hit the hay.

I just had baked beans on toast, with cheese and H.P sauce. Haven't had it for years and I'd forgotten how good it is.
