    Easy methods for counting calories

    I try to eyeball everything using comparative serving sizes (1 checkbook = 3oz serving of fish, etc) coz calorie counting got too intense for me.

    I remember reading an article from one of the past winners and apparently they all used to dehydrate before every single weigh in. Also most of them end up gaining the weight back, it sucks.
