    Its alright guys. I am just a uni student living at home. I have a part time job and Girlfriend. But generally have alot of time. So i can do higher volume splits, or anything really. I always put 100% effort into anything I want to achieve. i.e. played state championships in tennis, etc...

    Alright thanks! Would it be good to try to get up weights as quick as possible on a fullbody 2/3/4 plate B,S,D. And once hit that swap to higher volume training? Atm this is pretty much what my current routine i wrote up looks like give or take. Its pretty fun, but dont know if its imblanced...

    I made up my own sort of routine. Pretty much 4-5 days in gym, trying to hit compounds twice a week. I was really inconsistent though with exercise selections.... But I want a more set and successful routine to stay consistent with. Only reason I have gained is because i got a good diet in place.

    My scale is pretty shit, and varies weight by up to 1 kg when i weight myself 3-4 times in a row on it. Makes it hard to cut, because not sure if actually losing weight or not lol. Just wanted to know what scales you guys got and would reccomend?
