    Shaking.

    lots of people with diabetes will tell you they will shake if their blood sugar level drops too low.. mine does and im NOT diabetic.. But i used to shake after doing lifts... if its the same thing, it should pass over time

    I found some at RightPrice the other day called "gym" Were good price wise as they were 3 for $2 50g serve 20g protien only 3.8g of fat.. seemed ok to me,taste kinda like dark chocolate but weren't overally horrible

    from my knowledge it messes your training up. However saying that, i got a bit drunk the other night and managed to lift double my normal weight... ok so my normal is only 55 atm, and i usually do 25-30 reps and only did 3... the next few days i didnt notice a difference at all

    WOW! I had no idea simple foods could be SO affective towards the conditions.. Whilst some of my problems are caused through various things i believe they would be mainly the same as yours, so i will endevour to give it a go.
