    from this post here it sounds like the only difference is the attachments for the rack aren't backwards compatible...from all the pictures on the gym and fitness website and the force usa website, the rack looks to be the same in all other respects...can anybody confirm?

    might be a bit of a squeeze if you are moving a 2200mm olympic sized barbell around but i still would have thought 3x3m would be enough give the dimensions of this thing once assembled? what how much space do you think you would need around the rack as a minimum?

    have had shoulder issues lately as well...doing plenty of shoulder mobility exercises along with stretching regularly seems to work for me (esp the pecs minor which can be quite tight and impair shoulder mobility if you do lots of benching) also note that scapula mobility is also important for...

    Hi All, Signed up here in the hope of being motivated to keep fit. Have been on and off with exercise over the last few months - but working at a desk job with long hours has not made things easy. We will see how things go haha... Cheers!
