    Is Starting Strength or a split going to build most muscle for 15mnths trainee?

    Do this now............ Then drink 2 litres of milk........... While eating a chicken.......... Then do it three times a week on top of your normal workout (adding weight or reps every session) and on top of your normal food intake. Your body will then have no choice but to get bigger.

    Congratulations to all those that have said The Wire. I have introduced so many people to it, what an amazing show. Check out the earlier Oz and the new Treme from the same guys. Also a big fan of Entourage, Deadwood, Sopranos, Dexter, Carnivale, Mad Men and Breaking Bad.
