Who takes glucosamine/chondroitin joints upplements? And do they work?

My joints seem to be getting more and more creaky/clicky, especially the knees and shoulders. Considering that I'm looking to put even more load on them this year with weights, I'm thinking about taking a joint supplement. So looking for info / opinions... Do they work? Is it worth it...

What is the best way to stretch hams so that I can squat with good back form?

Ok, thanks for that, how does one go about working on the hip flexors... any recommended exercises? I've only just started (or trying to start) getting back into lifting after over 6 years off, and and just doing it from my garage, have a barbell and weights, thats all atm.

What is the best way to stretch hams so that I can squat with good back form?

Problem is I cant yet do a full squat to start with. And, from memory, the day after doing RDL or SLDL the hamstrings are twice as tight!
