    ermm... is it possible to have a rack in an apartment??? As i'm staying in an apartment... am thinking of setting up a tiny gym, barbell, bench + a squat/bench stand might replace the stand with a rack? :D

    find someone who knows how to squat to teach you the correct form... if u are staying @ melb, u can find ptc. if u are staying @ sydney, u can find peter by right u should not feel any pain when squatting

    i find a squat better @ SSAS then squatting @ a commercial gym (with musics and full length mirror) When i see a mirror, i tend to look into it and there goes my form... if there isnt a mirror, i tend to focus more on my lifts and form..

    i always thought 25-30kg is cheap... No way can u get salmon at that price in singapore... i always go to fish market to buy salmon sashimi.. yummy :D Sometimes i can get snapper for $10/kg

    Hi fadi, is stir fry considered fried food? Or are you referring to deep fried food like KFC, chips etc... as my diet mainly consists of stir fried food.

    Look @ ur butt when u are squatting... It dips in... while the other guy's butt doesnt dip in look @ ur video from 12-13 secs, 15-16 secs cheers
