Force USA Rogue R3/4 power rack copy

I've been looking for a power rack with a small footprint. Rogue R3 would have been great but no longer available here. Has anyone seen this one? Does not mention steel thickness or weight rating. http://www.forcefitnessequipment.com/force-usa-commercial-functional-rack.html

    Powdered Crickets

Sure, and with demand increasing price will drop significantly. Exo bars have 10g cricket protein in them at the moment although they are upping this soon so keen to try them as well. United Nations Food and Agriculture Organisation have a great document on edible insects and their potential...

What shoes are you running in, and how do you feel about them?

Vibram fivefingers. Great if you are a midfoot striker and very light so good for sprinting. Been using them for about 5 years and don't like running in anything else unless I'm going trail running. Only down side is the slightly freakish look but who cares.

    Newbie here, Interested in bodybuilding/scuplting

Nice work on the weight loss so far. As for PCOS there is some evidence to recommend a low carb ketogenic diet: The effects of a low-carbohydrate, ketogenic diet on the polycystic ovary syndrome: A pilot study But like others have said keep doing what is working for now and perhaps look into...

    Butter or margarine

Butter, because it won't mess with your cell membrane omega3:6 ratio. Butyric acid for the win! Even better if you eat a lot of resistant starch so your gut bacteria can synthesise it all by themselves.
