    How to avoid hay fever?

    sorry i get to read this only now. yeah i stopped panadol. I tried zyrtec and works fine,I can take it with or without food.I found using an air purifier is great too. The problem is when i go to other gym,public gym at that some doesn't use one, so usually after i work out i keep on sneezing...

    6 days a week?

    6 days a week of training is too much esp for the young ones.. 2-4 days a week is normal and just right :) though there was a time i did that too during the days i was so excited to go to then gym cause i was new :D relax your muscles and have it recuperate too lol

    someone told me cut down on dairies to avoid hay fever or at least lessen it, you right canned tuna! i was down for about a week i thought it was because of the dusts so i run air purifier 24/7.. it lessened yes..until my aunt told me about the dairies.. so its confirmed. of course dusts...

    Yes fluros or CFL is okay, this oxylight is also a CFL and said to last longer to compare than other lights.
