    this guy was on his phone chatting while doing leg raises and then done lat raises on the cable while still talking on the phone... I gave him "WTF are you doing" face... kinda looked like this haha

    haha thats true, I do 180 for 1 leg, the misses does 140 for 2, so it saves loading and unloading shit loads of plates, thats a bonus.

    slightly bent for dumbbells, and turning hand forward like "pouring a jug' at the top of the movement. keeping elbow a little higher as well

    After doing my 4 sets of squats, I do 3x10 on the incline leg press, but do the legs individually, not both at same time. I don't see anyone else at the gym doing this, I feel I can train both legs equally as hard as each other, without one leg taking more load than the other. Interested to...
