Depending on which genre one like... But I recently saw these movies... Incidious - Horror movie, both hate it and love it... So damn scary :) Source Code - Pretty strange, but that's what I like about it.. Jake Gyllenhaal Indespicable Me - Pixar animated, just absolutey amazing! A must see for...

    Energy Drink

I've been doing Intermittent Fasting for about 6 months, so I usually do training on a empty stomach, 18 hours fasting, and the intensity is real high and impressive. I didn't think it would be when I first tried, but I got hooked after the first week. The need for carbs or any other energy...

    [Movie] Movie Review Thread

Indeed it did! It was my second movie in the cinema that was 3D. My first one was Alice in Wonderland, wasn't really impressed... So I wasn't so excited of seeing Avatar 3D after it.. But I'm sure glad I did :) Don't think I have seen any other movies that impressed me so much as Avatar did in...

Wow, some of you really have some big space for your home gyms.. I sadly have a really small garage to train in, 2 meter to the inner roof... Yes, 2 meter... *sigh* But it works, pretty good actually.. If it's sunny, I'll just drag the equipment outside :) Gonna a look and see if I can't get...

    Cut!

As Morgan writes, Cardio is optional, not at all needed.. Cardio will allow you to eat more kCals per day, but isn't needed for losing weight.. But if you like to do cardio, go for it.. It has a lot of health benefits with it.. But losing weight comes down to burning more kCals then you ingest...

    Protein expired by 2 years

Have to agree with Big Mick.. As long as it taste the same, looks the same, smells the same you're pretty safe... I'm from Sweden and we too have to have expired date on products that would easily last a couple of years more.. It's like regular milk, usually have an expired date on 7 days.. But...
