    You have to move from this country. Which country do you move to?

    Europe for me. I've spent time in Switzerland, France and Netherlands and i would so love to move there. Switzerland has the best scenery and atmosphere, but unless you have a family i guess it's a little boring for a single guy after a while.

    That's the appeal of the drugs mate, staying lean while carrying solid mass. Something difficult and almost impossible to do naturally unless you got the genetics for it (1 in a million)

    Cardio and diet are your best bet. Unless you don't want to work hard on them then consider an EC stack before going to anabolic routes unless you really know what you're doing.
