    palms away for me, every few weeks il change up grip width, I'd say most of my upperback/width comes from pull ups. And i use palms faceing on bicep day (mon/tue/wed/thur/fri/........)lol

    Good work guys a ptc perth would be fantastic idea, any idea what area is in mind as yet ceffo? Im in north freo , and even tho are gyms not geared around powerlifting weve had full membership now for 2 years we havent/had to sign a new member for that whole period so i think it would be a success.

    A few quick pointers, Maybe try swapping your morning tea meal with carbs (rice) with your afternoon meal. carb up in and around your workout Drop lunch meal its crap, have 200g meat with veg Drop the potato in your evening meal and fill the space with more veg, and make sur that the meat...
