Force USA lat pulldown & row

I got mine from Little Bloke Fitness in Melbourne. Because I bought the rack there a couple of months before I got it for $280 plus $10 postage. It isn't professional gym standard but I have found it fine for a home gym. For the money it is good. As well as the lat pull down bar and rowing bar...

Force USA lat pulldown & row

Thanks Uppon2. I ended up getting one. Not as smooth as the pro gym stuff but will suit my needs.

Force USA lat pulldown & row

I have the Force USA power rack and am looking at getting the lat pull down and row attachment. Does anyone have this setup? Is it worth getting?

A good site to get weight plates from?

I am pretty happy with Little Bloke Fitness in Coburg. Nearly as cheap as buying secondhand on ebay and great to deal with.

    Power rack

I have bought some bars and weights from Little Bloke Fitness and it has been all good. Great to deal with. I will try and go and see them in the next week or two and have a close up look at one.

    Power rack

Hey Ernie, Are you happy with your Force USA power rack? I assume it is the band attachment one. I am torn between Force USA or Powertec. But the Force has a better pull up bar.

    Power rack

I am actually leaning towards the Force USA rack as it has less spacing between the holes than other racks.

    Power rack

The MMPR looks good. It seems to have more bracing than the Force USA and lower priced racks. Shipping is quite reasonable too.

    Power rack

Just starting back into the weights after a long break and I am looking for a power rack. Is there anything reasonable for under $600? Are the sub $400 ones rubbish?

Hi [you] and welcome to ausbb

It has been a good 15 years since I have done any weights. Looking to get back into shape and bulk up a bit. Going slowly slowly at the moment. Hoping this site will assist in development of workout programs and equipment advice. Greg
