    almando 2012 body transformation

    Thanks mate. a few years on and off. mostly off. This year was my best. was going 3 times a week for a good six months or so, and as making good gains. Was 81kg 24% BF (on bathroom scales) before i stopped going to the gym and went on a diet a couple of months ago.
