Default modo's new training journal

on tonight began the program Fadi helped me out with.

all i can say is ahhhh the pain! sore all over, feel like i am going to vomit.

ok well tonights sessions went something like this

Squats: 30Kg x 30 reps
Military press: 15Kg x 30
Crunches: 30 reps
Barbell curls: 15Kg x 30
Bench press: 30Kg x 30
Dead lift: 30Kg x 30
Leg curls: 50lbs x 30
Seated rowing: 60lbs x30

i am aware at how weak my lifts are (so i dont need to be told) but by dead lifts i was struggling to stand straight, sweating and really dizzy. I had to sto at around 19 reps on deadlifts on the way down and then waited a couple of seconds before going which i am disappointed in, and same with barbell curls. even after squats i was unable to walk straight. it is pretty full on stuff your heart rate goes flat out the whole time. Fadi any other advice? please let me know.

Doing any weight for 30 reps is not weak at all, mate, hardcore stuff!

What does Fadi have in the future for you, will you be alternating high and low rep workouts, starting high and going low, staying high, or what?

for now doing this for the 6 weeks. then after that, i want to get into a hardcore muscle and strength type program. for now i will do this. the benefits it will give off seem to be great incentive too in the long run.

Good on ya Modo. Good to see you take some advice and give something a go to get to where you want to go.
