Yeah thats the one..

No sorry i dont but i know it has alot of positive effects on ones body.

Also depending how you are in regards to carbs and insulin sensitivity. 1 teaspoon of cinnamon in a shake a day can help to reduce sensitivity.

Just like me

The results: Not only did the cinnamon reduce their blood sugar levels and increase their natural production of insulin, it lowered their blood cholesterol as well. Even 20 days after the cinnamon treatment had ended, the patients continued to see beneficial effects.

Mate herbs and spices can do more then you think. Did you know tumeric is an anti inflammatory?

However redneck closed minded idiots of society believe that if it isnt made by a company with a nice fancy packaging and patented name then it must be worth nothing.

After all there is no money in natural medicine compared to man made drugs. You can not hold a patent on somehting that occurs naturally so you can not hold a monopoly on a product.

Its just sad that is the way the world is.

Sorry i dont mean to thread hijack.

All good n00bs. Even after quite a few years in the game I still learn things everyday. I'm just a bit sick and tired of sifting through piles of information and then trying to work out whats fact or fiction.

I'll see how I go this week. If I don't loose enough fat .500gms I have 3 options.
1. Reduce caloric intake by 200
2. Increase cardio - Add a 3rd 20 min session
3. Possibly add some L-Carnitine and Green Tea to the supplement regime.

What you reckon n00bs?

Good point, noobs. I've read several times that more than 40 per cent of modern pharmaceuticals are sourced from plants. Shame that the modern pharm industry is based on money rather than healing and preventative medicine, but that's a whole other essay.

Keep at it, Shrek. You said earlier on 10 Jan you were going to take it nice and steady, so you're doing well.
