Default 12 weeks post contest, keeping it steady and tight

Hey everyone, my last show was INBA Teenage Nationals on October 9th. After getting off stage, I made it a goal not to get out of control and binge like crazy as I did in 2010. I'm up 4kg from my stage weight and pretty happy with how everything has progressed. If there's one message I can give to anyone looking to compete it's this...enjoy yourself the day of the show, but get right back on a structured eating plan with set goals AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. The 'post contest blues' is not a nice experience for anyone.

well done for your competition.

You look good in those pics, when you bring up your chest you will have a pretty complete package. and calves are great!

For me I would of really used the time after your comp to put on ALOT more size...its the best time to do it...not saying you shouldnt stay lean or anything like that but maybe you over did it abit trying to stay close to contest shape...

Looking good though mate! - good to see a Canberra bodybuilder doin his thing!

This.

You look great for a 19yr old (or any age for that matter) should be damn good with a few more years under your belt. Bring that chest up. What did the guys who beat you look like?
