You talking Core and Abs?

I used to do Shoulder Pressing workouts where a main purpose in Pressing was to keep as strong a Core and entire body.

Sun 25/03

Split squat - 2x10
Good morning off pins - 2x8
Pullover - 2x15
Around the worlds - 2x15
Side Raise - 2x16
Rear Raise - 2x16
EZ Curl ss Skull Crusher - 2x15
Seated Calf - 2x15

Upper Body today, then into the Gold Coast surf, then I'll consider blowing my load into a nice Chick.

That's the plan anyway.

Two out of three ain't bad?

You know why getting old is sad? Coz getting a workout and surf in takes precedence over getting laid. Sadman.

I wish they'd make trap bars where the handles aren't so wide apart

I wouldn’t have it would make a huge impact?

mine is standard I really don’t notice it, in fact the wide grip might maintain stability.

What I’ve also noticed is to stop it from swaying having a slight offset grip helps

Must be just the one at the gym, it's one of those with the 3 different thickness swivel handles, I just feel that they're spaced too far apart, I prefer the convention trap bar with single welded handle each side.

Yeah I don’t like the look of those

Thats a lot of sets with the trap bar, no way could I do more than two at that weight, but I’m old.
The best I can do is 15 on a good day.

I'm tough, deal with it.

Just kidding. My aim is too work up to 10 sets. Since squatting is out of the question (for now) I'm relying on TBDL's to be my prime quad developer, I will do a second lower body workout later in the week consisting of high reps Leg press, leg Ext, Hammy Curls and Stiffies.

My goal is 20 rep’s with 100kg, I don’t let the plates rest on the ground slow negatives, I like the whole time under tension deal, never done them on their own, I pre fatigue with leg extensions and 20 rep leg press iso-lateral movement.
