I'm sorry, I should have explained what I meant in post #59 when I mentioned double stimulation. By double stimulation I meant training the same muscle two days in a row. Now I did write about this principle back in 2009 when I joined Ausbb, however back then my message was written under a different context than what I'm referring to here by this double stimulation (and self-regulation to muscle recovery) protocol.

If it were that simple we'd all be benching 200 and have chests liked Arnie.

It is that simple, but I don't personally know anyone that does this, hence not many people have a decent bench. I only bench what I consider light, and I don't really do it often and I can still do 120kg for reps any day of the week, imagine where I would be if I was serious and actually concentrated on benching and increasing my numbers.

Arnie did, so he had a decent bench.

Anyone that trains as hard as what he did will see results, most people don't, so they don't see results.

So do what Arnie did.

Add weight.....+ dat dere celltech = good bench.

The more you do something the better you get

In terms of exercise.

Not necessarily stronger.
in fact weaker.

I presume that since young Nicole was talking about exercise, then all I'm going to do here is simply add a qualification to go at the end of her sentence. So it'll look like this: The more you do something the better you get at it if you're able to fully recover.

I more ment practice makes perfect

the more you doing something more regular the body just knows what to do

i didn't mean bench every day
