2 factors problematic a)lots of foods eaten are more calorie intensive, but convenient for busy lifestyle schedule (take away)
b)more people cut activity from day, dishwashers to do dishes, car to go to shop around corner and so on.
Given it takes 4 miles running or walking to burn one meat pie, big problems for lots of people.
I train a lot, I have to given I sit on my ass a lot of day, increasingly watching sports on foxtel.
my weight has dropped from 92.8kg from 20 Sept to 89.7kg this morning, but my calories every day 2500-3000.
If I dont count them, it is all too easy for me to put on weight.
So, in this era where many do less activity, I can appreciate how hard it is to lose weight if there knowledge of food is inadequate.
