Anyone seen that doco with Arnold Schwarzenegger where he is talking about the pump?
I cant get that feeling he describes in my biceps and triceps when i work them but never my other muscles. Im biceps are reasonably strong already and was wondering if you need to be big and strong in the area before you can feel the pump he talks about???
