i cant put a link but you must be blind or something wrong.
If you come out of this post and go to the Buy/Sell/trade section 8th post down is "For Sale: Avanti Power Rack + lat Pulldown" Thats it. If you still cant get it. This is what i said I need to move out and unfortunately the power rack I bought 3 months ago needs to go. It is a Avanti Power Rack + Lat Pull down that you buy seperately that goes with it. (Looks as good as new) I have diassembled it for easy transport. Comes with instruction booklet to asseble it. (its piss easy and I can give you a quick demo of how it goes together) Below are the links of the exact product. Cost me $1500.00 (well cant post links but have a look on workoutworld for Avanti-exm-power-cage and lateral pulldown option) Needs to be picked up from West Sydney (WIll fit in a ute, station wagon etc) Welcome to come have a look if you feel the need. Asking $750.00 which is half the price for a quick sale. I think thats reasonable for a 3 month old machine? You can email me on or reply back here |

No problem. 1. I don't go to a gym right now. I was going to Shire Speed & Strength - A Training Facility In The Sutherland Shire For Athletes a few months last year for something different and to get motivated, but am back training solo again. Might go back there for another 3 month period to mix it up again sometime this year. You tend to push harder when competing against others. 2. I train at my work gym which has pretty much everything I could need. |
